We want to say THANK YOU to everyone involved with the repairs to our Bison Horse Trailer. Bison really stepped up to show concern for their product and to make sure customers are enjoying their trailers.

We had met Don, owner of Dixie Horse and Mule, a few years back at the Alabama Horse Fair where we had a vendor booth. I have to say, now first hand for us, he his top-notch when it comes to customer service.

Don and his staff provided excellent customer service in making the repairs to our trailer. Michael, the service department manager, goes above and beyond to make customers happy. Michael kept us informed through email and phone calls on the progress on our trailer. When we made the trip back he had the trailer prepped for our overnight stay on the lot. He met us first thing the next morning and was on top of every issue. I cant say enough about Michaels customer service.
