We do love our new trailer if the weather will break we will go camping. We did camp in it Saturday night in the front yard and all day Sunday. We love the space inside provided by the glide out and the dogs like the extra room in the back. We will have to live in the trailer for about 3 to 4 weeks when we have some repairs done to the house. I am looking forward to it now a month long camping trip woohoo!

It is wonderful to have a company like Dixie Horse and Mule who believes in customer service and satisfaction. Everyone we have ever come in contact with at DHMCO go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase and are so kind to answer any and all questions. They all make sure you know that if you have any questions later you should call and they will be glad to help. Joel and Shawn took their time with us and were most helpful showing us through the trailer and making sure we knew how each feature worked. Mike Bozeman, great guy, honest, informative and willing to do what he can to make it work helped us with our first trailer so we never questioned where we would get our new trailer, it had to be DHMCO. Cindy, and now you, Lori, are part of the sales staff as well, taking care of the details on the paperwork however, it is the attention after the sale that brings us back time after time. It is a long trip from above Birmingham but it has always been well worth the ride.

We truly appreciate all of the attention to service and satisfaction, before, during, and afterward by all of the staff at DHMCO this is the way a real American company should be run thanks Don, for your leadership, it shines through the entire staff!

Just wanted to say THANKS for being great to work with and being so prompt with everything...I know I've had some troubles, but Sean has been great over the phone. I think we have it figured out its a bad batch of batteries! Hoping for no more issues now.
Also, I do have a friend in the market for a 4 horse living qrtrs this spring, told her where I got mine, she's got more to spend than I did, and is wanting to find a Platinum or 4 star used...just in case you come across any down there!

Hello Mike and all the others! Remember us, Denny and Tina Cypret?
We showed up at your lot, from El Dorado Springs, Mo to buy a trailer, with only a check or credit card, about 2-3 years ago? It was quite an ordeal but with a lot of creative effort and cooperation, you got it done and we took it home that evening! It was a 2003 4 Star, 30 Foot long I believe, gen set, 3 horse, Outlaw conversion, mid tack, etc, etc. I has been WONDERFUL, no problems and we absolutely love it! Thank you again, everyone, including your set-up crew who had to be called in it was Saturday! I hope you can look back and laugh about it now. Now thats going the extra mail for a customer! And we will love you forever!

Now a question--seems to me you recommended a roof seam sealant that had no-sag or self-leveling in its name or something similar.
What is the name of that stuff or whatever you currently recommend? Well be even further in your debt. Hope to hear from you soon!

I case one of your buyers doesn,t think they want the tire warranty tell them that we just had a tire replaced and it cost $200.00 and we had the check from the warranty people in two weeks!!! Sherry is checking the mail box every day for her yelleow jacket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
