Hey Keaton, I love, love, love the trailer! It did clean up nicely and the LQ even looks better than it showed in the pics. I am extremely pleased. Paula arrived with it exactly when she said she would and she patiently went over everything in the entire trailer with me and answered all my questions. I appreciate that you got it delivered to me so quickly. I am going to load up the horses and take it out for a spin this weekend and I have a major camping trip planned for a few weeks from now. You and the entire staff at Dixie were a pleasure to deal with. We just got home from the NBHA Youth World Championships in Perry, GA. The girls had a great week of barrel racing and came home with buckles and paychecks.

The trailer was great! We spent 7 nights in it. Slept 4 in complete comfort. Everything worked flawlessly. I handed out a couple of your cards to people who stopped and looked at it.

I just wanted to take the time to thank you and all of the staff at DHMCO who assisted me in Newton for the service, professionalism and overall great experience in the purchase of my Lakota. I have done a lot of research over the years on trailers and various dealerships, none were able to top DHMCO and that was before I even set foot on the lot. There was no question I was willing to make the 17 hour/1,100 mile haul to Newton, AL from Nebraska to purchase my trailer and I've already recommended DHMCO to other friends in the market. There are plenty of Lakota dealers MUCH closer than DHMCO but I wasn't just looking for a trailer, I was looking for a long term investment with folks who care about their customers after the sale. The drive was well worth it. My 10 year old Gabe also enjoyed the experience and was particularly fond of Sean. : We made it back to Nebraska yesterday and the trailer pulled like a charm - what better way to get acquainted with a new trailer than to travel 1,100 miles and camp two nights in it! Due to the extensive walk through and education I received they day I picked it up, I was able to arrive at our reserved camp site after dark and hook it up for the first time with no trouble. I appreciate having access to support from Sean anytime, that is extremely valuable. Please thank everyone for me and tell them hello from Gabe too. Sean thanks so much for your efforts in resolving this issue. Life happens, some good, some not, this is a minor issue as long as I get updates I am a patient person.

Thanks again for everyones help in this matter. My husband tells me this trailer pulls better than the others we have had both Sundowners. One thing about the Sundowners I did not like is nothing was sealed around the pipes. In the Lakota everything is sealed. We love our Lakota and DHMCO. Everyone at the ride admired how good looking and efficiently things are laid out inside and outside. The storage is amazing and when we arrived it was not a mad dash getting things off the bed and put in other places before we could go to bed. Whoever designed these trailers must have been horse riders and campers it is so great to have a water outlet on the outside to water the horses and dogs. So many small things about the trailer were so well thought out. Our three Aussies thought they were in heaven because they were not banished to the horse area or their picket line during the day but got to lay around in the front with us if they wanted. I had complete strangers come up and want to see inside and it was a pleasure to show because I did not have things lying all around as everything has a place so it always looks nice. Everyone wanted to know what model it was and where we bought it. Of course we told them it came from the same place our last one came from, Dixie Horse and Mule Company, and they would be more than happy to show them a new Lakota.

I will always be a big fan of DHMCO because of the outstanding people from the sales and accounting departments to the guys like Sean and Joel who take care of us after the sale. Now, I am a big fan of Lakota trailers and my searching is done for my lifetime trailer... until I see a new Lakota model in a 2 or 3 years dont tell my husband about that last part.

Here in Michigan the sand reeper is very popular by the dunes so I am sure I will be able to send some customers your way and I definitely will.

Thank you so much for the information. I will look for the title to come in the mail. I do want to take this opportunity to say this was the best trailer buying experience I have ever had. Keaton was wonderful, he answered all my questions and was very patient and accommodating. I also want to add that a is truly an asset to your establishment. He went above and beyond to ensure the trailer was how I wanted it. He answered the million question I asked of him with patience and understanding. The lights on the trailer were not staying on. It turned out to be a loose connection on my truck, which he fixed with out batting and eye. The tow chains were a little tight he lengthened them. As a woman driving 260 miles alone hauling this trailer for the first time. He made me feel a lot safer, which took the worry out of that long drive.

In my opinion customer service is what will bring customers back to a business and I will be back and recommend others.

Just wanted to drop you a Thank You note on the service you and your staff provided on the trailer purchase. One of the smoothest and pleasant transactions I have had in a long time. You guys went over and beyond the service on getting the trailer ready to go. We have used it 4 times already this year and we love it. Sure beats driving back and forth to a hotel. Whomever says Mid-tacks are not worth the extra 4 is storage is crazy. We pack our front to back. Thanks again!!

On another note, Ill be looking for a hauler sometime next year. What can you tell me about them and what should I be looking for? Heard I should look for a Freightliner.
