Dear DHMCO Wicksburg crew,

I cannot thank you enough for the work you put into my trailer. It looks fabulous!! You went WAY above and beyond my expectations and dont think I didnt notice that you fixed things that I did not even specify in my communication. If everyone had the dedication to servicing trailers that you guys do.well I guess you guys wouldnt be the best! But they dont and you DO so you ARE! As you know I have owned many trailers from other manufacturers and companies and NEVER had this kind of attention and caring service. From the owner of Bison on down to the sales team and service departments at Conyers and Wicksburg!! You guys are truly amazing and most appreciated. Im sure I will buy another trailer in the future and I can promise you it will be from Dixie Horse and Mule!!

I just want you to know that when I got my trailer delivered to my door no less and was throwing stuff in to make the 8pm performance on Friday night, I began noticing the things that had been fixed and spiffed up like the damage my horse did and I can tell you I did stop and take a moment to be truly humbledit is not often you get more than you ever expected. Thanks guys!!!! I will continue to sing your praises and send you more customers!!!

We have the trailer up here in Ga! Now we have to get a new truck to pull it! If you do not mind doing me a favor. Tell whom ever that Mike came out at 11:00pm and fixed the leak for me. And I really appreciate what he did. And then talked to him this morning asking why the pump was not working. But he did take care of me. And I would like the boss man to know that ya'll do take care of your customers. So THANKS a LOT.

This is just a short note to tell you how very much we appreciate everything you did for us. You have truly been a godsend and Mike has been invaluable. You have made me feel very comfortable about sleeping again in my trailer since you guys checked everything out and rewired what needed to be fixed. Also, thank you so very much for sending a driver to pick up the trailer and deliver it back. I have told everyone what a wonderful company Dixie is and what a superb product you sell. We just got back from the nationals in Panama City so I bragged to dozens! Hopefully you will get a sell from it. I know two or three people that were actively looking to buy a live-in trailer and I gave them your number and email and web site.

Good morning! We do like our trailer and everyone that see it like it too. We went to St. Andrews State Park in Sept. and people that have campers came over to look at ours that new it was defferent but didnt know what it was until we told them it was a horse trailer. They were shocked at the room we have. We do tell everyone where we got it, and how good you have been to us. Betty
