I just want to thank the people at Dixie Horse and Mule. We drove about 700 milesone way! to pick up our new horse trailer and you guys made it completly worth the drive. I love my new trailer and the staff was great. Please tell Cindy thanks for all her help on the financing. Also, Justin really helped us out with the wiring on our truck and the plug on the trailer. I will definitly tell everyone I know about Dixie Horse and Mule. Co.

Thanks, Don. Its not your fault you guys are the best! I have been so happy with everything with Dixie. I have been stuck in the middle of no where and unable to get things to work in the LQ and your service people have talked me through it and provided temporary fixes until I could get home. From the heater not working to a leak under the sink to they have been great. I cant say enough great things about the service you and your team provide.

I wanted to thank you for the positive trailer buying experience we had yesterday. I appreciate your staff adjusting their schedule to accomodate our request for A/C and awning installation. They were to a man and woman very professional and thorough. And we appreciated the free lunch to boot.

It was a long day. We arrived home around midnight. The girls were a challenge. Had a good look at the trailer this morning and I'm very happy with it.

We stopped at a Compass Bank in Dothan yesterday afternoon to deposit our cashier's check. They insisted they would have to place an 11 day hold on it even though it's a cashier's check drawn on the Fairwind's Credit Union in Orlando, FL. I decided to bring it home and deposit it at our home branch today. I'm sure they will not impose such a hold on it. I'll be putting it in the bank this afternoon after our girls get up from their naps.
