I sent Mike an email today telling him how much we like our trailer that we bought from Dixie, but I wanted to let you know that we were very satisfied with working with Mike. You certainly have an AWESOME employee. He sent us numerous pictures of the trailer and answered all our questions. He is a true professional and knows just about everything there is to know about horse trailers. Your company definitely stands behind the product and I will certainly refer our friends to you. We had a few snags with the trailer that Mike is working out for us air conditioner parts and awning. I love the trailer!!! Your company went out of the way to make sure our trailer was want we wanted. We will definitely use Dixie again, but hopefully this will be the last trailer we will have to buy.

I was very apprehensive about traveling to Alabama from Ohio just to purchase a trailer but I am very glad that I did. I have no regrets what so ever and will surely make the trip again should the need arise. If I have done nothing else since my return I have surely given The Dixie Horse and Mule Co. the best word of mouth advertising at every horse show that we've been to this summer and will continue to do so. Paula and I have known Don for a long time, going back to the old days of the National Trail Ride Association and old Art Howell with rides at the Suwanee Music Park in Live Oak. It has always been a pleasure to see Don and deal with Dixie Horse and Mule. I know we are going to enjoy this trailer as Sundowner always has made quality units and you guys have always added the personal touch with your great service. And now that I know the short cut through Bonifay, we will not be strangers. Man that was the easy way to get back to I-10.

Thank you very much! I also want to say that working with you guys and the tire replacement company has been so easy.

Hauling so much in the summer almost all but guarantees tire blow outs, and knowing that if I have one that its taken care of, makes it so much less stressfull!

I got my horse trailer back from Camping World this past Friday. I appreciate you stepping up to make things happen on getting the generator problem repaired without me having to drag it to another repair vendor. Good customer service is hard to come by these days even with the less than desirable economic times. I have always thought of Dixie Horse and Mule when it comes to horse trailers and that is the reason I turned to you when I was ready to upgrade my trailer and always will.

I am VP of a rather large electrical contractor in Atlanta and we purchase hundreds of thousands of dollars of generators for our customers for buildings and data centers and lots of those purchases go to Cummins, so I was curious if Cummins would step up to the plate and make things right even for a small individual customer like me. Give my thanks to Donnie Davis for not passing the buck, but making things happen. He like you apparently realizes the value of top notch customer service.
