I just wanted to drop you a short note of thanks for the trailer and the cookies!. Our recent trailer purchase was simple, uneventful and totally pressure free. We traveled about 300 miles to buy from you and it was totally worth it. Even though we bought a used trailer we were treated like kings. When we came to pick up our trailer it had been washed, cleaned inside and all lights tested. The gentleman who helped me hook-up was very helpful especially since this is my first gooseneck trailer. The steel under the tongue was a little rusty and had been re-painted to look nicer.
If anybody ever asks me where to get a horse trailer, I will not hesitate to send them to Alabama.

I just wanted you to know that the technician I cant remember his name that went over the trailer with mei.e. showed me how everything worked, etc went out of his way to make sure I understood everything on the trailer. He was professional and very, very knowledgeable and did not rush through anything. He didnt want me to leave until I was 100% satisfied with every aspect of the trailer.
I also appreciate the lunch!

A little history...By the way we bought our first trailer ever in 1994 from Dixie Horse and Mule! And your delivery man was the owner who delivered two trailers, one four horse for us and one two horse for our friend. He was still wearing his spurs when he got out of the truck. I believe he had just started the Dixie Horse and Mule trailer business. We never forgot his hospitality.

My name is Denise McAnally and I just purchased a 2012 Bison Trailer. I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate Cindy and Mike! They went out of their way to make sure our purchase was not only what we wanted but also a extremely enjoyable experience. Cindy spoke with me numerous times, even took a call at 9:30 on a Friday night, to insure I understood my paperwork and that I was comfortable with everything and made sure I was offered all warranties and advantages that your company offers. Mike has to be one of the BEST salesmen I have ever dealt with! He stayed on the phone with me for three days ,day and night, working with us and answering every question we had. He even came out on his day off on a holiday weekend to meet us at your lot so that we could pick up our purchase just because that made things easiest for us. Please understand why all of this means so much to us. We live in New Iberia, Louisiana which is about a 9 hour drive to your lot. We contacted numerous dealers and sellers over the last year trying to find a new trailer, three of which were during this last past week. No one, even the local dealers in our area, were willing to work with us like Mike! I had begun to view trailer salesman like I do car salesman, just out for the money. Until I met Mike and Cindy. They really care about people and treated us like we were more than a commission check!!!!!!
When a company is interested in making the customer happy and building a relationship with their customers that is when you have a successful business! I will recommend Dixie Horse and Mule to anyone looking to buy horse trailers. Not only did we get a great product but more importantly we received two friends!

P.S.
Just my suggestion but I would strongly consider giving them raises..they deserve it and so much more!!!

Message: Hey Don, Dan and all the staff that helped us! I am very pleased with your alls service and was extremely happy with the trailer after our long drive from missouri. It was even a better trailer than what I expected!
You all were great to work with and I highly recommend dhmco to anyone! I was also very glad that you all did not get hit by the tornados earlier that week. We drove through a town that was completely wiped out on our way back home. Then we encountered floods in Arkansas. Wow! We made it home o.k. and looking forward to heading out to lots of barrel races with MY new trailer!

I wanted to send you an email to let you know how much we enjoyed our trailer this past weekend. It was everything we wanted in a horse trailer and more. The only trouble we had was keeping everyone out of our trailer.
I want to also thank you for working with us and making feel like you really appreciated our business. The time and attention you and everyone else gave us was awesome, especially in this day and time where it seems alot of people want your business but really don't take the time to talk to you. I was kinda dreading the long trip to Alabama to pick up the trailer but I am so glad I did, just so we could met everyone involved. I will tell you this, anyone who got within earshot of me heard about how much I liked the trailer and how the folks at Dixie Horse and Mule are some of the best people to deal with and any future trailer I purchase, I'll be coming to Alabama!
