I wanted to take a moment and tell you how much we are enjoying our 2000 Sooner MTLQ we purchased from you last week. We used it this past weekend at a Cowboy Mounted Shooting event and we were so very happy and comfortable.
During the purchase, everyone was so helpful. Rodney and Mike helped us pick out the perfect trailer for our needs and the maintenance staff made sure everything was perfect when we picked it up.
We handed out the hats you gave us and talked about what a great deal and service we received. We seriously recommended you to some of our friends that are currently shopping for a new trailer.

Hi Don, just wanted to take a moment and tell you how impressed my wife and I were with the service we received from Mike and Lori on Thursday April 7th. As usual I tried to jam too much into my day off and we where late in the day getting to your place to pick up our trailer. Lori was so patient and did not panic when it was 5 minutes until 5 and we still needed to contact our insurance company. She said dont worry, and she got it done. By then it was 5:15 and Mike should have been gone but he stayed to help us hook up the trailer. Naturally the lights did not work. Mike searched all over trying to find the correct fuse. I told him several times that we would just come back tomorrow. He said not to worry, he would find the fuse. He climbed up under the truck and the trailer and finally got all the lights working. By then it was after 6:00 and Mike was just as pleasant as he was all day.
Mike and Lori turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an unforgettable day. I cannot thank them both enough. Please tell them both how much my wife and I enjoyed meeting them and thank them both for making our day !!! thanks, Ed and Shirlene Hoffman

We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you all working with us on the purchase of our new 2012 Lakota Bighorn horse trailer. Everyone at Dixie Horse and Mule did a great job helping us to choose a trailer that we can be proud of for years to come!

We also wanted to make sure that the guys in the shop were commended on their professionalism and a job well done! They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Brooks made sure that everything that was added or changed on the trailer was done the right way. I can't tell you enough how grateful we were to them all for the help and information they gave us on the use of our new trailer.

Hello Michael-

I just wanted to let you know that Barry delivered the trailer about 3:00 yesterday afternoon and spent a couple of hours w/me and my Dad. Bill was at work unfortunately.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Barry. He's a good man and had nothing but good things to say about DHMCo.

Bill and I also wanted to let you know that the whole looking, buying, paperwork, delivery and communications were all handled professionally and friendly. Cindy is a great asset to have. She was very helpful.

Bill and I liked the fact that you were not pushy and let us look around and choose the trailer that We Wanted.
