The service at Dixie Trailer Works, Inc. is always well above the industry standard. They are easy to get a hold of and everyone is very knowledgeable about the product/equipment they provide. I believe nothing is more important than the customer this company follows the same moto. Their main concern is to make sure the customer is satisfied and prepared to pursue any venture they may wish to embark on. Most importantly, they do not stop once the sale has been made. The delivery and exchange went smoothly. Wow, Carolyn puts the hours in! She was a very nice lady and efficient. We got home around 7:30.

The timing of this trailer has been great. We leave this next Wednesday for a 2 week trip to Ireland. Plus, our corn is already starting to turn which means Randy will probably be needed for harvest when we get back.

One thing I'd like you to do.....Your logo isn't on the trailer. I think it's only fair to have you acknowledged for the sale. I've done vinyls before, both large and small. If you send me one of your company's vinyl logo, I can put it on. You definitely made this sale happen. You were much more reasonable than 2 other Lakota dealers I was getting quotes from. Your patience, kindness and communication are what won me over. Then when you helped with the transport cost, I knew I'd come to the right place to do business.

I'll do all I can to give you proper credit. Thank you so much and hope I get to meet you in person sometime.

We had been searching for a medium duty truck to pull our extremely heavy 5th wheel thru the mountains and beyond as future 'full time' RVer's. After extensive research including RV blogs, truck drivers and 'big rig' repair shops we felt prepared to make a purchase. We kept a close watch on the DHM&Truck website for several weeks until we saw the truck we wanted. I immediately called the salesman, Rodney he's great! and placed a 'hold' on the truck. We knew it was going to be a long and hard drive straight there from the Houston area and back hm in one weekend but it was well worth every mile!!!! Rodney was very quick to respond to each txt msg I sent before hand including a request for bck seat measurements for 'doggie' seat covers. The request probably made him him scratch his head but he sent very specific measurements. The website pics were very detailed and we were so grateful when we found there were no 'surprises'. We had a huge grin on our faces when we left and turned heads for all the right reasons at gas stations. People would even come over to admire the truck. We are so very very pleased with our purchase and the experience working w Rodney @ DHM&Truck. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!!

I appreciated all the research and help that you offered in getting my Lakota trailer in for repair of the E1 code on the Heating and A/C system. I ended up talking with Michael from DHMCO and explained the delay for repairs here in the Crestview area and he offered to make time for me to come up to DHMCO in Newton, Alabama this past Monday 6/12/2017 and have a look at it. I arrived at 0755 and Michael and his technicians greeted me and immediately put my trailer into the shop and troubleshot and repaired the problem within 2 hours.It gave me time to chat with Dan Byers my salesman for my last 3 purchases, and to get better aquainted with the maintenace staff. Bottom line is it was worth the 4 hour round trip, and the entire staff at DHMCO are the greatest and most professional folks in the industry.

We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your hospitality the Friday that we came to pick a trailer and to let you know how much we love the trailer.

From the time we pulled on the lot we were treated like we were appreciated. There are so many trailers to choose from we had been going over them online for about a week and had the list narrowed down to 4 we thought we would like.



Mike was with a customer, but we were asked if we knew what we wanted and we said that it was a Lakotas that we were interested in so we were pointed in the right direction to go look. It was awesome to be able to walk up, look in and check it out without high pressure sales tactics.



The walk thru performed by the service department makes a difference, and I am sure that it prevents many a small problem from becoming major. The walk-thru with the customer is great also to make sure that how everything works is understood.



It was great to go camping in it this weekend for the first time. It is rare to take a new trailer out and everything be 100% as it should. We so enjoyed the trip with no problems and just being able to ride and come back and relax without that uptight feeling you get when your new purchase is frustrating you.



We will recommend you over and over!

It seems that what you do would be one of the less appreciated compared to the salespeople but I wanted to let you know that I am truly appreciative that you took the time to make this happen.
