We made it home safe and sound to Michigan after meeting Brandon in Kentucky with the trailer.
In my opinion, Dixie Horse and Mule Co, definitely gets a 5 Star rating from me! From the time I applied online for the loan, till Brandon delivered it to Kentucky, I received nothing but polite, friendly, quick response time on all questions service. That is rare in the world today, and want to all to know how much I appreciated it. Even the Credit Union was awesome to deal with. This was a huge purchase for me, and Keaton made it as painless as possible. He went above and beyond, answering questions when the poor guy was at home sick, always polite and always answering in a timely manner. Cynthia got the job done quickly and efficiently with the financing. That's always the most stressful for me, and I do apologize for getting upset that one time. There was no excuse for that. Michael and his service department did a great job on the walk through, but even a better job getting the trailer ready for me. There replaced and fixed things that I didn't expect in buying a "used" trailer. Again, top notch service! And last but not least, Brandon was actually a bit early on the delivery which was perfect because so was I. He demonstrated and talked us through hooking up and unhooking the trailer. He answered all my questions. I even asked him for his advice on hauling tips. I have never hauled a gooseneck or anything this long. He definitely made me feel more comfortable for the 8 hour ride home.
So, sorry to carry on, but in a world where customer service barley exists, I want you to know how much I truly appreciated the ENTIRE process.
