These are the only people you ever need to talk to about purchasing a horse trailer. You can read my entire review on their webpage. But I can honestly say from the first phone call to Dan to actually picing up the trailer on 12/28/2012 it was nothing short of AMAZING. Each and every step was a pure joy, I wish I could remember each and everyones name to list them here, but Dan, Cindy, Pricilla, Mike and the rest. And this is coming from a NON - HORSE person. The ladies in the family are the riders, I might get invited to be a driver some day. LOL!!!! We picked up a 2013 Bison Trail Express 8310GLQ and I requested a surprise for my wife Silvia due to this was a birthday present. I was so impressed on the presentation they provided for her upon our arrival. A few of my friends recommended them as did the BISON FACTORY as well themselves.
