    Mike,
    I wanted to send you an email to let you know how much we enjoyed our trailer this past weekend. It was everything we wanted in a horse trailer and more. The only trouble we had was keeping everyone out of our trailer.
    I want to also thank you for working with us and making feel like you really appreciated our business. The time and attention you and everyone else gave us was awesome, especially in this day and time where it seems alot of people want your business but really don't take the time to talk to you. I was kinda dreading the long trip to Alabama to pick up the trailer but I am so glad I did, just so we could met everyone involved.
