I got my horse trailer back from Camping World this past Friday. I appreciate you stepping up to make things happen on getting the generator problem repaired without me having to drag it to another repair vendor. Good customer service is hard to come by these days even with the less than desirable economic times. I have always thought of Dixie Horse and Mule when it comes to horse trailers and that is the reason I turned to you when I was ready to upgrade my trailer and always will.I am VP of a rather large electrical contractor in Atlanta and we purchase hundreds of thousands of dollars of generators for our customers for buildings and data centers and lots of those purchases go to Cummins, so I was curious if Cummins would step up to the plate and make things right even for a small individual customer like me. Give my thanks to Donnie Davis for not passing the buck, but making things happen. He like you apparently realizes the value of top notch customer service.
