Hi Don, just wanted to take a moment and tell you how impressed my wife and I were with the service we received from Mike and Lori on Thursday April 7th. As usual I tried to jam too much into my day off and we where late in the day getting to your place to pick up our trailer. Lori was so patient and did not panic when it was 5 minutes until 5 and we still needed to contact our insurance company. She said dont worry, and she got it done. By then it was 5:15 and Mike should have been gone but he stayed to help us hook up the trailer. Naturally the lights did not work. Mike searched all over trying to find the correct fuse. I told him several times that we would just come back tomorrow. He said not to worry, he would find the fuse. He climbed up under the truck and the trailer and finally got all the lights working. By then it was after 6:00 and Mike was just as pleasant as he was all day.Mike and Lori turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an unforgettable day.
