Got trailer home and it is awesome. I wanted to thank you and all your co-workers for the help and showing us how everything worked. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I have 1 question about the trailer that was not explained to us. The ouside vent for cooking stove has a plastic cover on it that is removeable. I assume that we take this off when using stove top and vent and put back on when trailer is setting in shed and not in use. Is this correct?

Dennis, thanks for the great walk through! We thought we would know this trailer since it seems exactly like our other one but it has quite a few upgrades! I can't remember the type of caulk you suggested to use on the roof of the trailer, so if you could email me, I'd appreciate it. Also, the chest bar in the first stall is not there. I didn't notice it missing when we were there yesterday. Is there a way I can get it? the hardware is there, no bar.
Mike, thanks for the advice on insulating the ceiling. We plan on doing that asap. Could you email me and let me know the spray adhesive again? I forgot. Also, we talked with Dennis about lp generators. What are your thoughts? I'd like something super quiet. Do you have a brand that you like best, and what are the numbers all about 35,000 - 28,000 or do I just need to make sure it has 30 amps. I see a lot with 27.5 amps, but is that enough? Also, we had spoken about the little added counter but didn't get back to that. Is that something my husband could put on - he's pretty handy. How much is it?

I had a problem with the electricity shutting off later found out it was the generator blowing a breaker but I had left a message for Mike at your service department, never figuring he would call me back on a holiday weekendbut he did! I just wanted to send a quick email to thank you for the wonderful Bee's trailer that you all custom ordered for me. I absolutely love our trailer! It has every thing we needed and wanted. I had concerns about the size even though its an ex-large trailer when we bought our Belgian who's roughly 18 hands and 2000 pounds, but he fits in it perfectly. I love all the extra details that Bee's Trailers put in, to be honest the rear tack was a shock since we ordered a mid-tack. But having two tack rooms means my husband and I can have a his and hers set up. I just can't thank you enough for helping me with my first trailer purchase!!

Hey G, it's here and its beautiful!!!!!!!!!! Rusty stands and stares at it and wants me to load him up, but I have to wait for my trainer, at this time and at my age, I don't need to have any injuries, I have enough already! Mr. Suggs was fantastic what a great guy! He told me to tell you that you have to build him one of those salads, that you'd know what I mean. Now that I've told you that, you have to send me the recipe, so be sure and do that. I feel sad for Mr. Suggs because of all the trouble he had with his truck. My husband is a mechanic and is hoping he'll get reimbursed for it, through the Dodge company that is. I'm hoping that my friends will be able to stop by and see it this weekend. Hi, I love the trailer. Greg was so nice! I'll remember him forever. Had to pay $295 for duty and there is still about $300 more for other stuff. It was worth it everyone at the barn loves it!

Dan - Trailer tows easy - no problems. We arrived in Demopolis after dark, and worried about low hanging branches on our road, but took it slow and made it okay. Branch trimming is priority 1 when it warms up a bit.

You know, it is easy to give a referral when the follow-up on problems is as conscientious as yours was. It shows a person who really thinks about the customer and provides good customer service. As you probably have gathered, I work for Aflac and we STRESS customer service here. Sometimes to the detriment of the company, but as much as possible to the benefit of the customer.
I was using another Sundowner dealership in North Alabama, but after the treatment I received this past week on some warranty work I am actively looking for another repair shop. I even considered traveling to Sundowner of TN for warranty work. I currently have 2 Sundowners a bumper pull and an LQ. So I am happy to know that your shop will work on trailers other than the ones you sell. I will definitely check it out when I have something else to service on my trailers.
I had referred Debby before the birddog was in effect, but it is very much appreciated since I have a new mare that I hope to qualify for either the AMA World or the Select AMA World next year. Cash is going to be tight. So THANKS!

I wanted to thank you for the positive trailer buying experience we had yesterday. I appreciate your staff adjusting their schedule to accomodate our request for A/C and awning installation. They were to a man and woman very professional and thorough. And we appreciated the free lunch to boot.
It was a long day. We arrived home around midnight. The girls were a challenge. Had a good look at the trailer this morning and I'm very happy with it.
We stopped at a Compass Bank in Dothan yesterday afternoon to deposit our cashier's check. They insisted they would have to place an 11 day hold on it even though it's a cashier's check drawn on the Fairwind's Credit Union in Orlando, FL. I decided to bring it home and deposit it at our home branch today. I'm sure they will not impose such a hold on it. I'll be putting it in the bank this afternoon after our girls get up from their naps.

I LOVE the trailer! Didn't know it had a TV.... That was a surprise.
I actually already have loaded some stuff in it dishes, cups, towels, etc. - I have a horse show this weekend on the west coast of FL so, after I get these 1500 lbs of hay out of the back, will be able to test it out. :-
Justin was a pleasure to deal with and, even in the rain, it was a very efficient transaction. It towed well on the way home with the load of hay as well.
